Comment:

 fixed -- publish to build-scoped repository now overwrites other
 artifacts.  it is nice not to have to 'clean' after every build during
 heavy development.

 this behavior can also be controlled with a new attribute on
 <ea:submodule/> task, e.g.

 <ea:submodule overwrite="false" ... />
